We like this drive, it has the highest sequential read speed we have seen to date and the remainder of its performance profile is also respectable. At 198 MB/s the read speed is almost double the speed stated on the drives box, and 33% higher than the speed quoted on Lacies website, an unusual result that needs verification (comments from owners welcome). In terms of form factor we are very disappointed with the oversized orange cap and can't realistically see anyone leaving it attached to the drive. Without the cap this drive is superbly strong, ultra compact and performs respectably, we like it a lot. The only problems we do have with the Lacie RuggedKey are its price which is simply not competitive at this time and we would have liked to have seen higher random 4k speeds for this top end drive. [Aug '12 USBFlashPro]

The 64GB Jumpdrive P10 is Lexar's 2013 upgrade to their flagship Triton range of flash drives. The P10 shares the same excellent body as the Triton and delivers actual speed increases in the region of 30% over its predecessor. In terms of price there is not a huge increase so I do prefer the 64GB P10 to the 64GB Triton but the upgrade is less pronounced than when going from the 32GB Triton to the 32GB P10 where performance increased by nearly 75%. Despite its record breaking sequential speeds the 64GB P10, like the Triton and the other P10 drives, struggles in the area of small 4K random writes. If you are planning to use this drive to copy small files or to host applications you will likely be disappointed otherwise for tasks such as copying video and audio files this is one of the fastest flash drives you can currently buy. [Aug '13 USBFlashPro]

Why does UserBenchmark have a bad reputation on reddit?
Marketers operate thousands of reddit accounts. Our benchmarks expose their spiel so they attack our reputation.
Why don’t PC brands endorse UserBenchmark?
Brands make boatloads on flagships like the 4090 and 14900KS. We help users get similar real-world performance for less money.
