I have not done a full review of this drive but given its relatively rare positioning as a Rugged USB 3.0 drive, the first drive I put it head to head with, based in its official specs, was the Kingston Datatraveler R3.0. The Kingston R3.0 leads the budget end of the USB 3.0 flash drives spectrum and it also happens to be a rugged drive. The Kingston has quadruple the write speed and a 30% faster read speed than the 810. In terms of price the 810 leads but not by much. I don't think the 810 will be a terribly successful flash drive from Transcend, they need to deliver more performance, especially write, to compete in the now very competitive USB 3.0 flash drive market.
