Lexar JumpDrive S45 65GB: Very inconsistent speed, some times it's fast (about 20KB/s write speed) and sometimes it takes one minutes to copy a very small file in the flash (JumpDrive S45), it's like the flash chipset scans the whole space to find a free space! for this reason can't be used to host a windows.
