Effective Speed: Below average (38th percentile)

The 32GB Datatraveler G4 has a below average performance profile for a 32GB USB 3.0 flash drive but it's priced aggressively so it still represents reasonable value for money. With sequential read/write speeds of 77/32 MB/s the G4 sits near the bottom of the pack for sequential performance. Small file 4K performance is relatively better with read/write speeds of 7.5/0.32 MB/s but again far from class leading. Overall the Datatraveler G4 scored an effective speed of 47.5 MB/s which ranks it 19th out of 25 32GB USB 3.0 Flash drives. The highlight of the G4 is its superbly low price point, a lot of 16 and 8GB drives cost more. If you plan to use the drive regularly it's certainly worth spending a little more but otherwise the G4 is a reasonable option. [Mar '14 USBFlashPro]

aaI tried to get in contact with kingston, and they emailed me to take contact with the supplier in my country. The shop where i bought this said that they cover warranty only 2 years, and after that to take contact with Kingston support. So they play for less than 10 bucks. Very dissapointed.
