This product is brilliant for taking file snapshots and drive backups. It's not imaging software, it operates on a file level. I like to have at least two copies of all of my data on different physical drives, SyncBack does it quickly with minimal setup. I am not a huge fan of all the "raid" type data duplication solutions, this is cheap and cheerful, free in fact. Pros: Very fast.
