The Adata Dashdrive Elite S102 Pro 32GB has proven to be a popular USB 3.0 flash drive. I did a full review of the 16GB version back in August 2012 and little has changed aside from the re-branding to Dashdrive Elite. The S102 Pro still has the same robust form factor and reasonable performance profile. With Sequential read/write speeds in the region of 110/37 MBps the 32GB version bests its smaller 16GB sibling by around 30% in terms of sequential performance. This performance improvement when jumping between capacities of the same drive is common amongst flash based drives. It stems from the increased parallelization potential on larger capacity drives. Small 4K file read/write performance clocks in at 13/0.4 MB/s which is above average for a 32GB flash drive. Overall the S102 Dashdrive Elite represents reasonable value for money. The 64 GB Flash Voyager GT has an impressive performance profile. You wouldn't know it without checking the serial numbers but Corsair have released several variants of the USB 3.0 Voyager GT. With each successive version slightly besting its predecessor, this is the best flash drive I have seen from Corsair to date, it even beats the GT Turbo which is more recent. The strongest area of relative performance for the GT is 4K read speed where it achieves 20 MB/s, unfortunately its 4K write speed is almost equally poor clocking in at just 0.15 MB/s. I don't generally like that sort of imbalance in a flash drives performance because it means that from time to time I will get stuck waiting an inordinate amount of time for a data transfer to complete. Taken as a whole the 64 GB GT is a competent performer that's let down by its relatively weak 4k write speed. [Sep '13USBFlashPro]
We highlight the best USB flash drive in terms of balanced performance and value for money using current prices, sequential read, sequential write , 4k read and 4k write speed. The speeds are combined to form a single effective speed which measures performance for tasks such as copying photos, music and videos. Effective speed is adjusted by current price and capacity to yield value for money. Finally thousands of individual user ratings are used to validate our benchmark figures. [USBFlashPro]
